Harry Dawson 

Harry Dawson is an artist of the Tsawataineuk Nation, located near Port Hardy along the northern tip of Vancouver Island. He was born October 19th 1945, at Kingcome Inlet located across Queen Charlotte Strait on B.C.’s Mainland.  Harry’s family crest is the Goat.

Originally a painter Harry studied with Frank Nelson in Victoria B.C. and has been working as a silversmith for five years. His paintings are in the collections of hockey greats, Gino Odjig, and Pavel Buré.
